Laura E. Lane, age 90, died Sunday, August 31, 2014 in the Crandall Medical Center in Sebring. She was born Oct. 24, 1923 in Galesburg, IL to Leslie and Maggie MacMillion. She graduated from Galesburg High School in 1941 and lived most of her adult life in Columbus. Laura worked for many years for the State of Ohio and was a member of the Mifflin Presbyterian Church in Gahanna.

Laura is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Rev. John and Paula Lane of Minerva; two grandchildren, Stephanie (Fernando) Lane Pavon of CA and Christopher Lane of FL; two nephews, Lennie and Leonard Earl MacMillion both of IL. In addition to her parents, Laura was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard MacMillion.
