Obituary

Kenny D. Shetler

16, of Hammondsville and formerly of Baltic, passed away in a tragic vehicle accident that also claimed the life of his sister Tina on Monday, April 10, 2023.

He was born on March 18, 2007 to Delbert L. and Elsie G. (Beachy) Shetler. Kenny was employed at Hiland Wood Products in Walnut Creek and attended the Wellsville Amish Church.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his four sisters and one brother, Sharon, Sheila, Kendra, Carol and Eric; grandparents, Leroy and Mary Shetler of Sugarcreek and Gary and Carol Beachy of Sugarcreek; and great-grandmothers, Elmina Shetler of Sugarcreek and Emma Troyer of Sugarcreek.

He was preceded in death by his cousin Grace Beachy.

Funeral services will be held at the Jason Miller residence, 19967 Bolivar Rd, Wellsville, on Saturday, April 15, at 9:00 AM with Bishop Lloyd Yoder officiating. Burial will follow in the Shetler Cemetery. Calling hours will be held in the Holmes County vicinity on Thursday, April 13 at the Mark Beachy residence, 4699 Winklepleck Rd. NW, Sugarcreek from 1-8 PM. Friends may call at the Jason Miller residence from 2-8 PM on Friday.
