Katherine "Kathy" Price, age 65 of Minerva, died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016 in Aultman Compassionate Care. She was born Sept. 23, 1950 in Canton to the late Ralph and Helen (Baughman) Martin. She graduated from Malvern High School in 1969 and worked for 23 years for Zerbe/Napa Auto Parts. She had also worked for Haynams Garage, Furey's and Kohmann's Auto Sales. She is a member of the Minerva United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Price whom she married May 20, 1973; daughter, Jennifer (Dan) Jones of Minerva; son, Eric Price of Minerva; 2 sisters, Florence (Jim) Breckenridge of Malvern, Faye (Paul) VanMeter of Minerva; 2 brothers, Willie (Carole) Martin of Minerva, Ralph J. (Debbie) Martin of Canton; 2 grandchildren, Cameron and Alec Cunningham and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Kris Martin.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 5:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Harley Wheeler officiating. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 3-5 pm prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Aultman Compassionate Care Center or the Minerva United Methodist Church.
