Julie A. Anderson
Age 71, of Minerva, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2026. She had been a resident of McCrae Manor for the last several months. She was born in Ogden, Utah on Jan. 5, 1955 to Irvin Ray Betz and Clorene (Whitlow) Betz. Some of her jobs included being a 911 operator, home health aide as well as a long haul truck driver where drove as a team driver with her husband Charles for GBS Trucking.
She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Anderson whom she married on September 3, 1999, step-daughter, Christina (Frank) Minear of Alliance, 2 brothers, Dave (Lura) Betz of Minerva, Robert (Tina) Betz of Minerva, grandchildren; Joshua (Vanessa) Grossman, Danielle (Tyler Locke) Curry, Kalib, Deven, Matthew, Alaina and Ava Minear, and Elisha Corp as well as 5 great grandchildren; Nirvhanna, Mace, Chloe, Callie and Clara. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Billie Jo Curry.
There will be a family viewing on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home and a graveside service on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Woodland Cemetery in Salineville, OH with Pastor Bill Lancaster officiating. There will be dinner following at the Alliance Christian Center @ 670 W. Main St., Alliance, OH. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
