Judith L. Slack

Age 80, of Minerva, died Monday, March 15, 2021 in the Carroll Healthcare Center. She was born Aug. 28, 1940 in Minerva to William and Landa (Fultz) Howell. She retired from PCC Airfoils in Minerva where she worked for 35 years. She graduated from Minerva High School in 1958 attended Grace Chapel in Minerva and was a member of the "girls club".

She is survived by a daughter, Teena (Bruce) Hershberger of Beach City, son, Chad Slack of Kensington, 2 sisters, Donna Wells of Carrollton, Sally (Dick) Houze of Minerva and a grandson, Preston Hershberger, 2 step grandchildren, Sarah (Sam) Birone, Tyler (Bonnie) Hershberger and 3 step great grandchildren, Mick, Archer and Remi. She is preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Davison Marteney.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held Sunday at 2pm at East Lawn cemetery. Donations can be made to St. Judes. The family would like to thank the staff and administration of Carroll Healthcare for their heroic work and wonderful care keeping her safe throughout the pandemic!
