Judith (Loughley) Parks

Age 78, of East Rochester, died Thursday, May 10, 2018 in the Truman Hospice House in New Philadelphia. She was born July 25, 1939 in Minerva to James and Mary Ellen (Pettit) Loughley. She retired from PCC in Minerva where she worked for 38 years. She is a 1957 graduate of Minerva High School and a member of the Minerva Eagles Aerie #2199.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Parks whom she married in 1991; daughter, Patti (Doug) Lewis of Kensington; 2 sons, Kevin (Sandy) Phillips of Louisville, Randall (Lauri) Phillips of Annapolis, MD, stepdaughter, Kathy Parks of East Canton, stepson, Kevin Parks of East Rochester; sister, Karen Loughley of Canton; 7 grandchildren; Chris Lewis, McKenzie (Shawn) Sweeney, Chad (Stephanie) Phillips, Amber Phillips, Cory Phillips, Page (Edward) Davies and Ian Phillips; 2 step grandchildren, Alysia (David) Alkire and Daniel Parks and 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a daughter Pamela Jo Phillips; 3 sisters, Joyce Yeager, Jackie Loughley, Teet Loughley and a brother, Jimmy Loughley.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Fredrick Bays officiating. Burial will be in Quaker Ridge Cemetery. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services from 10-11 am Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospice.
