Joyce A. Walker
Age 76, of Minerva and formerly Louisville, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016 in Altercare of Alliance. She was born Dec. 7, 1939 in Cadiz to Arthur and Theresa (Mansfield) Burns. Over the years, she had worked at several local businesses. She is a member of the Minerva First Christian Church, and was a member of the 57 Girls Club and the Minerva YMCA Dance Class
She is survived by her husband, James Walker, whom she married Aug. 4, 1998, 3 daughters, Kim (Ken) Waseman of Minerva, Lee Ann Thorn of N. Canton, Rhonda (Robert) Woodhall of Louisville, 2 sons, Joseph (Lisa) Johnston of Louisville, Scott (Sue) Johnston of Canal Fulton, 8 grandchildren, Nicholas (Linh) and Chad Johnston, Kyle and Korey (Sarah) Waseman, Nathanael and Tara Johnston, Nicole (Phillip) Monroe and Kaylyn Woodhall and 3 great grandsons.
Private family services will be held at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Memorial contributions may be made to the Minerva Salvation Army c/o P. O. Box 74, Minerva, OH 44657.
