Joseph G. Casper, age 87, of Malvern, died Friday, Sept 23, 2016 in Minerva Eldercare. He was born Dec. 26, 1928 in Malvern to Gregory and Katharine (Booth) Casper. He worked at Metropolitan Brick, Good Roads and retired from Diebold. He is a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Malvern, the Men's Club and the International Brotherhood of Foresters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Lorene (Fisher) Casper whom he married Sept. 1, 1956; a daughter, Mary Beth Casper of Wilmington, NC; 2 sons, Christopher (Diane) Casper of Canton, Randy Casper of Malvern; a sister, Sara (Bruce) Pumphrey of North Canton; and a brother, Greg (Helen) Casper of NC. He is preceded in death by 4 sisters, Dorothy Ann Serafini, Margie Kocher, Flora Casper and Marcella Casper; and 2 brothers, David and James Casper.

A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held for the family with Fr. Victor as celebrant. Burial will be in the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church Cemetery.
