Joseph C. Barrick, Age 92, of Minerva, died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Aultman Hospital. He was born April 2, 1923 to Clyde and Irene (Mounford) Barrick. He retired from TRW after 22 years of service. He was a WWII U. S. Army veteran where he was awarded a purple heart and four bronze stars. He was member of the VFW post #4120 and graduated from Coshocton High School.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (Holderbaum) Barrick, who died in 1987; infant son, Brady Barrick; Sister, Carolyn Fisher, 2 Brothers, Jack and Bob Barrick and a great grandchild. He is survived by Daughter, JoAnn (Robert) Miller of Minerva; Son, Tim Barrick of East Rochester; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral services with military honors will be Tuesday at 11 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Larry Karlen officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the funeral home.
