John E. Zwick, Age 67, of Minerva, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015 in Aultman Hospital. He was born Oct. 17, 1947 in East Canton to Bill and Dolores (Andes) Zwick. He retired from Regal Metals in Minerva where he had worked for 43 years. He is a member of the St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva. His biggest hobby was his love of gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Christina (Lindenbaum) Zwick whom he married April 7, 1979, 2 sons; John Zwick Jr. of Minerva and Bryan (Amber) Zwick of Minerva, 4 sisters; Rose Rinard-Kinsey of East Canton, Mary (Maurice) Bresson of Louisville, Ruth (Gale) Essick of East Canton and Martha (Jeff) Davis of Minerva, 2 brothers; Bill Zwick of Minerva and Raymond (Martha) Zwick of Minerva and one grandson, Aaden Zwick. He is preceded in death by a sister, Norma Hiner.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be Saturday at 11:00 am in St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva with Fr. Victor Cinson as celebrant. Burial will be held at Moultrie Chapel Cemetery in Minerva. Calling hours will be Friday 6-8 pm at the church and one hour prior to services on Saturday. A wake service will be held at 7:45 pm Friday. Memorial contributions may be made for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
