Jerry W. Foster, age 76, of Minerva, died unexpectedly on November 17, 2014 in Aultman ER. He was born December 7, 1937 in Poland, Ohio to Robert and Gladys (Coblentz) Foster. He was a farmer and mechanic having worked for Unkefer Implement for over 40 years and was a 1955 graduate of Springfield High School.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty (Hofmeister) Foster whom he married Oct. 13, 1957; a daughter, Judy (Jerry) Pangburn of Alliance; 3 sons, Jerry (Teri) Foster of Malvern, Cliff (Kitty) Foster of Waynesburg, Robb (Kellie) Foster of East Rochester; 2 sisters; 2 brothers; 7 grandchildren, Petty Officer 1st Class Joshua Pangburn, Lindsay Foster, Petty Officer 1st class Rachel Pangburn, Kyle (Katie Riegle) Foster; Alan, Jason and Hannah Foster; and 2 great grandchildren, Madisyn and Garrett.
