Jeanne E. Hunston

Age 74, of Minerva, died Thursday Nov. 3, 2022 in Aultman Hospital. She was born Feb. 6, 1948 in Canton to Roy and Helen (Perdue) Clark. She retired in 2009 from the Minerva School District where she was the school nurse and former secretary.  She had also worked for 9 years at Aultman Hospital in Surgical Intensive Care.  She graduated from Minerva High School in 1966 and Aultman School of Nursing in 1969.  She is a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva where she was on the altar guild and was a member of the choir and bell choir.  She is a member of the Minerva Area RN's.

She is survived by her husband, C. Tim Hunston whom she married March 18, 1972, daughter, Amy (Brad) Hooser of Minerva, 2 sisters, Barb Clark of Minerva, Pat (Rob) Yeagley of Minerva, 2 grandchildren, Avery and Carys Hooser.  She is preceded in death by an infant son, Todd Hunston.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva with Pastor Robert Linsz officiating.  Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery.  Calling hours will be Tuesday 6-8 pm at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva and one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday from 10-11 am.  Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
