Jeanie (Wilks) Henson

Age 67, of Minerva, passed away Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023 in the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton. She was born April 15, 1956 in Salem to the late James and Dorothy (Burchett) Knight. She was a secretary for Canton Financial and a 1974 graduate of Minerva High School.

She is survived by her loving companion, Steve Decker, daughter, Jennifer (Kelly) Wilks of Spring, TX, sister, Bonnie (Mel) Marsh of Alliance, 3 grandchildren, Savannah, Gavin and Caleb Wilks, loving nephews, nieces and cousins. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Dale Wilks in 1999, a son, Jeremy Wilks and 2 brothers, James Knight Jr. and Gary Knight and a great nephew, Gage T. Knight.

Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Stephen Baker officiating.  Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery.
