Jean K. Schindler

Age 88 of Kensington passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Aultman Compassionate Care.  She was born on October 11, 1937, to Lucy and Earl (Fisher) Dinger.  She worked as an aide and transcriptionist at Timken Mercy Hospital for 29 ½ years and worked for Nationwide Insurance and Ekco Products.  She graduated from Augusta High School in 1956.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Schindler, and a sister, Linda Amelung.  She is survived by a daughter, Kelly Spath of Kensington, two sons, Scott (Theresa) Schindler of Massillon, Jeff Schindler of Massillon, two sisters, Sandy Flanagan of Canton, Stephanie Sutton of Augusta, three brothers, Dick Dinger of Augusta, Ron Dinger of Augusta, Denny (Connie) Dinger of Minerva, five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

There will be no formal services at this time.  Memorial contributions may be made to your choice of a local animal shelter or the Carroll County Animal protection League in honor of the love she had for animals.
