Janet S. Unkefer

Age 72, of Minerva, passed through the pearly gates and into the loving arms of her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ Sat., Nov. 14, 2020 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born Jan. 12, 1948 in Pekin to Kenneth and Helen (Totten) Unkefer. She worked as a Real Estate Agent in Minerva and the surrounding areas for nearly 40 years.  She graduated from Minerva High School and is a member of Faith Fellowship Church in East Rochester.

She is survived by a daughter, Shelley (Brian) Kachermeyer of Minerva, 2 brothers, Lyle and Bob Unkefer of Minerva, grandson, Keith (Rachel) Burns of Canton, 2 great granddaughters, Molly and Anna, and her "cyber-son" Eric Johengen (Gretchen) of Rochester, NY. She is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Kay Unkefer.  ~"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16~ Janet's prayer is that you get to know Him and believe in Him.

According to her wishes, she was cremated. There are no formal services.
