Janet L. Moore, age 72, of Canfield, died Wed., April 2, 2014.  She was born Jan. 31, 1942 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late George and Sarah (Brooks) Nixon.  She was a dental assistant and owner of the Village Stitchery and Frame Shop.  She was a longtime member of the Minerva Lions Club.

She is preceded in death by two husbands, John "Doc" Snively and Frank Moore.  She is survived by 2 daughters, Sandra Fescemyer Yakovich of Salem and Shawn (Todd) Fescemyer Tipton of Jacobsburg, son, Mark Fescemyer of Minerva, brother, George (Louise) Nixon of Brentwood, PA, 4 grandchildren; Steven Yakovich, Kimberly Ewing, Andrew Core and Anson Core and one great grandchild.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, April 12, in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev.
