Ica M. Wilson, age 85, of Minerva, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 in her home surrounded by family. She was born March 22, 1928 in Spraggs, PA to William and Dorothy (Masters) Calvert. She was a cook at Aunt Mabel's for 22 years and was a part time cook at the Southern Inn. She was also a member of the Minerva Eagles Club Aerie #2199.
She is preceded in death 2 daughters, Patricia King, Martha "Marty" Wilson; a son, Richard Wilson; a brother Bernard Calvert; and 2 grandchildren.
She is survived by her companion, Donald Picknell; 2 daughters, Donna Huhn of Minerva, Mary Wilson of Scio; 7 sons, Nelson "Tony" (Brenda) Wilson of Bolivar, Larry (Margie) Wilson of Minerva, David (Kathy) Wilson of Kensington, Samuel (Diane) Wilson of Carrollton, Isaac (Shawn) Wilson of Mechanicstown, Carl (T.J.) Wilson of Mt. Morris, PA, Keith Bouscher of Massillon; step-children, Linda Barr of SC, Randy Barr of Florida; a sister, Lillian Pitzer of New Freeport, PA, 56 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and a special friend, Robert Dorsey of Malvern.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Scott Williams officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
