Henry Mantho
Age 88 of N. Canton died Tues. July 3, 2012 in Mercy Medical Center. He was born Oct. 1, 1923 in Alliance to Louis and Theano (Vello) Mantho. He was the owner of Greensburg Auto and several other businesses over the years. He graduated from Alliance High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Michigan where he played football.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Ethel (Ellis) Mantho, a sister, Marion Lindeman and a brother, Robert Mantho. He is survived by a daughter, Susan (Ernest) Schmachtenberger of Minerva; 2 sons, Henry (Karen) Mantho of Savannah, GA and Jeffrey Mantho of Los Angeles, CA, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 stepsons.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
