Helen F. Edwards

Age 91, of Minerva, died Friday, December 30, 2016 in Hollywood, FL. She was born July 9, 1925 in Maximo to Edward and Myrtle (Blanc) Shoemaker. She graduated from Alliance High school and attended the Alliance Business College. She is a member of the St. Gabriel Catholic Church and the Catholic Women's Club.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Edwards who died in 1983, and a sister, Eleanor Eckert. She is survived by 2 daughters, Pat (Ray) Davis of Minerva, Pam (Ned) Casale of Alliance, son, Ed "Joel" (Pam) Edwards of Hollywood, FL., 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be Monday, January 9 ^th , at 11 am in the St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva with Fr. Victor Cinson as celebrant. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery in Minerva. Calling hours will be held one hour prior to the services at the church.
