Helen I. Crawford, Age 89, of Minerva, died Tuesday February 16, 2016 at Arbors of Minerva. She was born November 30, 1926 in Canton to Mr. and Mrs. William Pappas. She retired as the office manager at Universal Cooperative in Alliance and had formally worked at TRW in Minerva. She graduated from McKinley High School where she played on the basketball team. She was member of the First Friends Church of Alliance. She loved the Lord and her family and was loved by many.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Carey) Clark of Minerva, 2 Grandchildren, Chelsea Clark (Erik Burnworth) of Minerva, Brett Clark of Massillon and one great grandchild, Violet Terrill. She is preceded in death by a brother Chris Pappas.

Graveside services will be Friday at 11 am in the Chapel at Forest Hill Cemetery in Canton with Pastor Rick Sams officiating. Calling hours will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva.
