Golda R. Vankirk

Age 79, of Minerva, died Friday, Dec. 4, 2020 in the Minerva Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Nov. 15, 1941 in Jackson County to Everett and Ruth (Dixon) Rice. She worked at Robertson Heating Supply. She graduated from Alliance High School in 1959 and is a member of the Minerva First Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph VanKirk whom she married March 2, 1963, daughter, Susan (Don) Stryffeler of Minerva, son, Brian (Nicole) Vankirk of Randolph, sister, Joyce Stoudt of Marlboro, 2 brothers, Everett, "John" (Joanne) Rice of Alliance, Gene (Nancy) Rice of Alliance, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Richard and Curtis Rice.

A private family service will be held with burial in East Lawn Cemetery.
