Glenn E. Johnson, age 76, of Kensington, died Sunday, Sept., 7, 2014, in his home surrounded by his family. He was born March 5, 1938 in Canton to Glenn and Virginia (Wallick) Johnson. He retired from Marathon Refinery where he was an operator and also from Sugardale. He was a US Marine and owner of Green Hill Cattle Company, a member of the Columbiana County Farm Bureau, the Ohio Cattleman's Assoc., and the N.R.A.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Tena (Stollar) Johnson; children, Michael (Louise) Johnson of Nottingham, England, Victor Johnson of Royal Oak, MI, Joshua (Amity) Stollar of Manclova, OH and Christen (Gregg) Chandler of Landscheid, Germany; brother, Donn (Bonnie) Johnson of Massillon; sister, Carol Miller of Massillon; 9 grandchildren, Ned, Fergus, Erin, Nick, Alex, Hannah, Landon, Liam and Jack.

Following cremation, a celebration of life will be held Friday, Sept. 12th at the Great Trail Golf Course from 7-9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County Visiting Nurse Assoc. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
