Ginger L. Burns

Age 77, of East Rochester, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024.  She was born April 16, 1947 in Bergholz to Marshall and Margaret (Curtis) Brownfield. She retired from PCC Airfoils in Minerva where she had worked for over 40 years.  She graduated from Springfield High School and is a member of the Bayard Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Burns who died in 2014, daughter, Theresa Walter and 3 brothers, Kenneth, Gary and Jay Brownfield.  She is survived by a daughter, Tara Burns of Grimesland, NC, son-in-law, Scott Walter of Canton, MI, sister, Carol Marshall of Cadiz, and 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Megan and Rachel Walter.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Clint Marshall officiating.  Burial will be in Quaker Church Cemetery.  Calling hours will be one hour prior to services from 1-2 pm.
