George Monroe Davis of Alliance died on November 23, 2020 in the presence of close family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marie Fitzpatrick, his brother Bruce and sister Elizabeth, and his grandson Michael Lutz. He is survived by his brother Virgil, his daughters Cynthia (Davis) Hoepker and Regina Davis, and his grandchildren Bryan, Shawn, and Alana Lutz.

George was born August 28 ^th , 1929 in Akron to Ralph and Elezabeth (Beatty) Davis. He was a 52-year member of the American Legion, a veteran of the Korean War, and was known for being willful, energetic, and jovial. Donations benefit the Aultman Hospice Care of Alliance.
