Geoffrey D. Hein

Age 61, of Minerva, died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020 in the Arbors of Minerva. He was born May 9, 1959 in Salem to Loren Hein of Minerva and Diana (Carmen) Smith of Minerva. He worked in the Oil Fields for several years and loved tinkering with old cars and motorcycles and loved to draw. He is a US Army Veteran.

He is survived by his parents of Minerva, son, Kyle McKee of Malvern, 3 sisters, Misty Evans of Minerva, Shelly (Randy) Neel of New Franklin, Debbie (Jack) Palmer, 4 brothers, Greg (Vicky) Hein of Robertsville, Steve Hein of Alliance, Darren Hein of Stow, James Smith of Colorado, 4 grandchildren, Rilei, Ian, Drake and Kortney.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia (Kerns) Hein.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Larry Karlen officiating.  Burial with full military honors will be in Liberty Cemetery.  Calling hours will one hour prior to services from 1-2 pm at the funeral home.
