Gary A. Stoffer

Age 77, of Louisville, lost his battle with leukemia Thursday, July 23, 2020 in Aultman Hospital. He was born Nov. 26, 1942 in Homeworth to Leland and Elizabeth (Grove) Stoffer. He retired from the Timken Company where he was a lab technician for 42 years. He is a member of the Minerva United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Kay (Couts) Stoffer, whom he married April 4, 1964, daughter, Amy Kramer of Cincinnati, son, Jeff (Lena) Stoffer of Minerva, 2 brothers, John (Mary Jane) Stoffer of Asheville, NC, Eugene (Jane) Stoffer of Alliance, sister-in-law, Brenda Stoffer of Louisville, 5 grandchildren, Jordan, Dylan (Briawna), Evan, Erin, Abby, and a great grandson, River. He is preceded in death by a brother, James Stoffer.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Jonathan Williams officiating. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Minerva United Methodist Church or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
