Freddie L. Grogg, age 58, of Minerva, died Monday, April 11, 2016. He was born July 10, 1957 in Canton to William and Frances (Brothers) Grogg. He formerly worked at Imperial Aluminum in Minerva and is a member of the Minerva First Christian Church.

He is survived by 2 daughters, Ashlee Forrester of Canton, Amber (Derrick) Johns of Alliance, a son, Jamie Grogg of Texas, a sister Kathy Rhodes of Minerva, a brother, Eddie (Janet) Grogg of East Rochester, a step-brother, Charles Grogg of Columbus, and 5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by two sisters, Karen Arnold, Karla Grogg, two brothers, Joseph and William Grogg, a step-brother, Chris Grogg, and 3 grandchildren.

Following cremation, a visitation will be held Thursday from 6-7 pm at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva. Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
