Frank T. Louive III

Age 65, of Minerva, died Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in Cleveland Clinic-Mercy Medical Center in Canton. He was born Jan. 25, 1956 in Canton to the late Frank and Shirley (Harsh) Louive Jr. He retired from MascoTech in Minerva where he worked for 30 years and also served on the Minerva Police Department for several years. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1975 and he received an Associate's Degree from Stark State College.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Janice (Speelman) Louive whom he married April 20, 1974, daughter, Tina Metzger of Minerva, 2 sons, Frank "Tony" (Alexis) Louive IV of Minerva, Scott (Dottie) Louive of Minerva, sister, Angela (Steve) Filisky of Minerva, 4 brothers, Kelvin Louive of Minerva, John (Susie) Louive of Minerva, Marty Louive of Minerva, Steve Louive of IN, 7 grandchildren, Adam (Maggie) Metzger, Ashely (Tim) Berry, Alex Metzger, Khail and Opal Louive, Ben and Dustin Harper, 4 great grandchildren, Brantley, Daxon, Colt and Caleb.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 6-8 pm at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva.  A private family funeral and burial in Liberty Cemetery will be held Monday with Mr. Mark Black officiating.
