Flora Belle Snively

Age 90, of Minerva and formerly Florida, died Sunday, March 24, 2019 in Oakhill Manor. She was born Feb. 6, 1929 in Oneida to Emory and Vera (Thompson) Pottorf. She graduated from Malvern High School and Canton Actual Business College.  She worked for Cronin China for several years and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1959 and lived and worked with her husband, Don in several cities in Florida for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Don Snively who died in 2010, 2 sisters, Jean Rinehart and Rose Mary Robertson, 2 brothers, Richard and John Pottorf. She is survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews, including Ruth Ann (John) Cox of Minerva and David (Jean) Robertson of Magnolia who have been her caretakers in Ohio.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the Christ Lutheran Church in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at a later date.
