Ethel Rose (Detchon) Ritchea, Age 75, of Brewster, died Tuesday, January 12, 2016 in Affinity Medical Center in Massillon. She was born in Alliance to Arthur and Laura (Smith) Mowen. She Retired from PCC in Minerva. She was a W.A.C. in the US Army.

She is survived by a daughter, Ethel Rose (James) Fearon of Strasburg, a son, Delmar Nisly of Pampano Beach, FL, former son-in-law, Santiago (Patricia) Vanegas of Massillon, sister, Ruth Ann Moreland of Alliance, Brother, Harry (Kay) Mowen of Alliance, 4 grandchildren, Myssi Madzia, Brandy Dazey, Stephanie Detchon and Jacob Nisley, 5 great-grand children, Gage Venegas, Teresa Madzia, Devin Dazey, Delilah Dazey and Keith Wells. She is preceded in death by a son, Keith Detchon, 2 sisters, Chloris Moreland, Katherine Dufrane, a brother, Bill Mowen and a great-grand child Tanner Alan Super Baby.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 12 noon with full military honors in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral in Minerva with Chaplain Ken Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens. Calling hours will be one hour prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to your local animal shelter.
