Elsie P. Hart, age 81, of Minerva, died Sat., Feb. 4, 2017 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born July 28, 1935 in Maryland to Albert and Clara (McClintock) Richter. She worked for 50 years in Pharmacy retail having worked for Rite-Aid, Peoples and Dillon Drug Store. She is a member of the Red Hat Society and the Minerva VFW Aux.

She is survived by daughter Debbie (Gene) Mohn, Jr. of Minerva; 2 sons, Michael (Amie) McCrobie of Minerva, John (Patty) McCrobie of Minerva; sister, Mary (Roger) Lewis of Maryland; 3 brothers, Earl (Maxine) Richter of Maryland, Ronnie (Gaile) Richter of Maryland, Allen (Linda) Richter of Minerva; 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a sister, Aquilla Mae Oester and a grandson, Brandon Mohn.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva with Rev. Joseph Ertl officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
