Elizabeth R. Foster

Age 87, of Minerva, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026 in the Orchards of Alliance. She was born January 16, 1939 in Petersburg to Ronald and Evelyn (Suthern) Hofmeister. She had worked at Off the Beaten Path in Minerva, Cambridge Mills in Malvern and Kiddie Korner in Minerva. She graduated from Springfield High School.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Foster who died in 2014, son Cliff Foster, sister, Rachel Brubaker and a brother, Ronald Hofmeister. She is survived by a daughter, Judy (Jerry) Pangburn of Alliance, 2 sons, Jerry (Teri) Foster of Malvern, Robb (Kellie) Foster of East Rochester, daughter-in-law, Kitty Foster of Minerva, sister, Sandy Tanczer of Aurora, CO, 7 grandchildren; Joshua (Elena) Pangburn, Lindsay (Zach) Gram, Rachel Pangburn, Kyle (Katie) Foster, Alan (Megan) Foster, Jason Foster and Hannah (Austin) Glaab and 7 great grandchildren; Madisyn, Garrett, Colson, Ryan, Weston, Jared and Jireh.
