Edward "Ted" Harris, Age 79, of Minerva, died Tuesday Sept. 8, 2015, In Aultman Hospital. He was born November 18, 1935, in Bergholz, Ohio, to Edward T. and Estella (Anderson) Harris. He retired from Republic Steel after 32 years, was a US Army Veteran having served in Korea and was a 1953 graduate of Berholz High School. He also attended the Minerva First Christian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (White) Harris, whom he married June 10, 1956; a daughter, Hayley A. (Joe) Westfall of Lancaster; a son, Lincoln V. Harris of Minerva; 3 sisters, Mary Lou Coe of Steubenville, JoAnn Modranski of Berholz and Peg Kincaid of Mansfield; 2 grandchildren, Ethan and Cody Starkey.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Esquiline Griffith.
