Dwight L. VanMeter

Age 82, of Salineville passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 in Aultman Hospital. He was born March 22, 1941 in Malvern to Dwight and Olive (Totten) VanMeter. He had worked in the oil fields and retired from Schwebel Bread Company. He graduated from Minerva High School and was an avid hunter.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Judith "Judy" (McConnell) VanMeter who died in 2011, son, Danny VanMeter, sister, Marylou Shenefield, 3 brothers, Charles, George and Ron VanMeter.  He is survived by a daughter, Natlie (Jeff) Key of FL, son, D. Allen VanMeter of Salineville, 2 brothers, Gary (Pat) VanMeter of Cambridge, Paul VanMeter of AZ, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
