Doris I. Neff

Age 73, of Minerva, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018 in Altercare of Alliance. She was born June 15, 1945 in Canton to Lewis and Mildred (Mayhorn) Mathis. She was a cook for the Great Trail Care Center and the Minerva Convalescent Center where she had worked for 31 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Neff who died in 2015, son, Charles F. Neff, half sister, Dorothy Trussel, 3 half-brothers, Bob, Jack and Don Miller. She is survived by daughter, Tracy (Jeff) Blair of Minerva, brother, Albert "Pete" (Sherry) Mathis of Minerva, half-sister, Marge Derby of N. Industry, 2 grandchildren, Isaac and Macala.

A Graveside service will be held Monday at 11:00 am in Heritage Memorial Gardens with Pastor Dale Roberts officiating.
