Donna (Dowling) Brown

Age 86, of Minerva, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Arbors at Minerva. She was born June 7, 1930 in Minerva to Charles and Anna (Seatovic) Vujasinovic. She retired from B&H Cylinders in Minerva where she was the financial secretary. She was a member of the Minerva First Christian Church and the Red Hat Society and a graduate of Minerva in 1947.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, LeRoy Dowling in 1993 and James Brown in 2005 and 2 sisters, Mildred Sousley and Dessy Marett. She is survived by daughter, Connie (Rose Hopp) Dowling of Minerva, 2 sons, Edward (George Nadeau) Dowling of Henderson, NV, Daniel Dowling of Minerva, 2 sisters, Nedalka "Nettie" O'Leary of Manitowoc, WI, Helen Schneidler of Sunrise Beach, MO, sister-in-law, Nancy (Holderbaum) Amelung of Minerva, 2 grandchildren, Tyler Roberts and Toni (Craig Thessin) Roberts.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 2:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Dale Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to services from noon to 2:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Minerva Senior Center.
