Dona L. Wade

Age 76, of Salineville, passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025 in her home surrounded by her family.  She was born Oct. 3, 1948 in Steubenville to the late Clifford and Naomi (Hawkins) Monigold. She was a homemaker and member of Riley's Methodist Church.  She graduated from Carrollton High School in 1967.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Wade whom she would have been married for 57 years on Feb. 3rd, 3 children; Jodie (Jeffrey) McCauley of Carrollton, Debbie McCauley of Carrollton, Chad (Lori) Wade of Carrollton, 5 sisters; Diana Anderson of Salineville, JoAnn (John) Granat of Wintersville, Susie (Derald) Bertini of Carrollton, Penny Adkins of Salineville, Amy Monigold of Carrollton, 2 brothers, Clark Monigold of Dover, John (Linda) Monigold of Minerva, 7 grandchildren; Cody (Dani) McCauley, Cason (Abby) McCauley, Tyson and Erica McCauley, Branyan, Brody and Brylie Wade, 2 great grandchildren; Elias and Callie McCauley. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Tracy Lynn Blake and 4 brothers, Daniel, Richard, Fred and Scott Monigold.

Private family services will be held at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Pat Smith officiating.  Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Salineville.  Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
