Dominic M. Petros Jr.

Age 66, of Minerva and Malvern, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2019 in the Arbors of Minerva. He was born Nov. 11, 1952 in Canton to Anne (Recchio) Petros of Minerva and the late Dominic Petros. He was owner of Petros Brothers Cement Co. and a member of the St. Gabriel Catholic Church. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1971.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marlene (Britton) Petros who died in 2016, his father, and 2 brothers, Larry and Randy Petros. He is survived by a son, Michael (Sherry) Petros of Kansas City, KS, stepdaughter, Jennifer Corbi of Canton, 3 stepsons, Michael Wisenburg of Waynesburg, Troy (Danielle) Wisenburg of East Sparta, Craig (Angel) Wisenburg of Hartville, 2 sisters, Pam (Ed) Edwards of Delray Beach, FL, Sandy Boldizsar of Minerva, 2 brothers, Jerry (Aimee) Petros of Alliance and Garry Petros of Minerva, 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

A Mass of the Christian Burial will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva with Fr. Victor Cinson as celebrant. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be 9-11 prior to services.
