Obituary
Dillard C. Caldwell, Sr., age 71, of Canton, died Friday, April 27, 2012. He was born Oct. 19, 1940 in Dekalb, TN to Isaac and Lilly Mae (Williams) Caldwell. He retired from the Timken Company where he had worked for over 30 years and was a member of the Canton Temple of Praise.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Edna (McCoy) Caldwell; his wife, Julia (Haynam) Caldwell, a daughter, Teresa MacClelland; a son, Dillard Caldwell; and a brother Harold.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Phyllis (Keith) Fraser of Silsbee, TX, Kimberly (Mike) Rothacher of Massillon; a son, Richard Caldwell; 4 sisters, Ruby, Linda, Barbara and Joyce; 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the Canton Temple of Praise in Canton with Pastor Kirk Walters officiating. Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to services from 4-6 p.m. at the church.
