Diane E. Horn

Age 63, of East Canton, passed away Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023. She was born July 7, 1960 in Canton to the late Arthur and Catherine (Wanner) Lanzer. Diane was a beloved Registered Nurse for Oakhill Manor in Louisville. She graduated from Louisville High School and Stark State University. She was an active member of the Louisville American Legion Auxiliary 548 and the Louisville Eagles. Diane loved her family and friends more than anything! It showed most when she was there to walk them through a surgery or just a rough time.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Horn, daughter, Angie (Greg) Kinsey of Minerva, son, Jon M. Miller of Cambridge, bonus children, Kara (Ken) Horn, Jeff (Casey) Horn, Alex (Joanna) Horn, 2 sisters, Deborah Pinard of AL, Denise Lanzer-Lerma of AL, 5 brothers, Marc Lanzer of Louisville, Michael Lanzer of Canton, Christopher Lanzer of Louisville, Craig Lanzer of AL, Eric Lanzer of Louisville and 3 grandchildren, Jasmine, Maddie, Jace, and 5 extended grandchildren, Nathaniel, Brooke, Emily, Jack and Lucas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 30th from 3-7 pm at the Louisville Legion. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to The Louisville Legion Post 548. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
