Diana L. Smith

Age 64, of Alliance, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023 in the Truman House in New Philadelphia.  She was born March 22, 1959 in Alliance to the late Carl and Barbara (Crowl) Krizan.  She worked on a dairy farm and was a 4-H advisor for 10 years with the Stark County Farmhands.  She is a member of the Fox Avenue Church of Christ and a former Sunday School Teacher.

She is survived by 2 sons, Jesse (Tiffany) Smith of Quaker City, Jordan (Kerry) Smith of Minerva, 2 sisters, Cindy (Don) Burger of Minerva, Theresa (Tom) Shoeppner of Minerva, 5 granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a son, Justin Smith.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 25th at 11:00 in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rich Mikes officiating.  Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.  Calling hours will be 1 hour prior to services from 10-11 am at the funeral home.  Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
