Dennis Goddard, age 60, of Minerva, died Saturday, September 28, 2013. He was born November 30, 1952 in Canton, Ohio to the late Calvin and Muriel (Robinson) Goddard. He retired from the Village of Minerva Street and Water Departments where he worked for 27 years, had worked for the Minerva Wax Paper, and was a US Army veteran.

He is survived by his companion, Bari Lawson; a son, Sean (Tina) Myers of Boliver; 3 sisters, Darri (Terry) Clapper of Minerva, Dixie (Mike) Davis of Traverse City, MI, Diane (Jerry) Uplinger of Canton; and a brother, Danny Goddard of NY.

A direct burial will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Scroggsfield Cemetery in Scroggsfield, OH.
