Denise L. (Starkey) Buehler

Age 59, of Columbus TX., formerly of Minerva, died on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at St. David. Hospital in Austin TX. She was born July 17, 1959 in Canton to the late David and Arlene (Stith) Starkey. She was a graduate of Minerva High School in 1977.

She is survived by her loving life partner and best friend, Dan Whitehair; 3 daughters, Heidi Dummermuth, Sarah Williams, Ashley Buehler; 2 sons, Mark (Hayley) Buehler, Luke Buehler; former husband and father of her children, Rodney Buehler; 2 sisters, Connie Morrison (late Moe), Lisa Blackburn (Ted); 6 grandchildren, Grace, Noah, Jackie, Cayden, Shae and Draven. She is preceded in death by a sister, Renee Starkey, a brother, Michael Starkey, and a nephew Shaun Morrison.

Everyone is welcome to join us for a celebration of life that will be held on Saturday, November 10th at 12:00 pm, at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Larry Karlen officiating. Calling hours will be held one hour prior (11am) to the celebration in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Robertsville Cemetery for family and close friends.
