Debbie J. Rupp

age 48, of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, Dec. 11, 2023 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.  She was born Nov. 25, 1975 in Alliance to the late Lee Mansfield and Bernice (Percy) (Mansfield) Yeager. She graduated from Alliance High School.  She loved horror movies and watching WWE Wrestling, tattoos and country music.

She is survived by her longtime boyfriend, Robert Utt of East Liverpool, 5 sisters, Brenda Mansfield of Alliance, Rebecca (Dakota) Vaughn of North Canton, Lucy Mansfield of Canton, Tina Masters of Alliance, Nellie Perkins of Barnesville and 4 nieces and nephews, Orla Vaughn, Michael Masters, David Oldaker and Christina Oldaker.  She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lee Stillion.
