Dan was an avid golfer and sports fan, especially when it came to watching the OSU Buckeyes. Anyone that worked with Dan appreciated his dedication and willingness to help everyone, with whatever he could. If you met him, you loved him. He cherished his friends (especially his partner in crime, Oz), loved to laugh and have fun. Dan's greatest love was his family. He never missed a chance to talk about how proud he was of Clint, Devon and Sylar and their accomplishments. Dan and Lora were together for 25 years and were truly meant for each other. Family, friends, laughter and the dances they shared, kept them young at heart.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff at Aultman Compassionate Care at Woodlawn, during this very difficult time.
Anyone that would like to make a donation in Dan's honor may do so through the Alzheimer's Association at Alzheimer's Association .
