Daniel J. Artzner

Age 83, of Malvern, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in the Aultman Compassionate Care Center. He was born Oct. 13, 1941 in Canton to Joseph and Gertrude (Kleinhenz) Artzner.  He retired from the Timken Company where he was a supervisor for 44 years.  He graduated from Malvern High School.  He was a member of the US Army Reserves.  He is a very active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Malvern where he was the former President of the Men's Club, Sexton of the church cemetery and served on the maintenance crew.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Terrie (Lange) Artzner who died in 2023.  He is survived by 4 children; Mike (Rachel) Artzner of Dellroy, Andy (Sarah) Artzner of Sunbury, Jeremy (Lindsay) Artzner of Huntsburg, Jessie (Woody) Morris of Marion, 4 sisters, Janet Casper of Malvern, Pat (Bill) Peters of N. Canton, Rita Kenny of Malvern, Mary Ann (Jerry) Schaefer of Canton, 2 brothers, Don (Laurie) Artzner of Bolivar, Alan Artzner of Malvern, 8 grandchildren; Toby, Grayson, Ashlyn, Yennefer, Khaleesi, Michael, J.J. and Jaxson.

A Mass of the Christian Burial will be Friday at 11:00 am in St. Francis Catholic Church in Malvern with Fr.
