Dale E. Stump

Age 90, of Minerva, died Friday, July 8, 2022. He was born Nov. 24, 1931 in Homeworth to the late Harry and Mamie (Powell) Stump. He lived in the New Franklin area all of his life.  He retired from Alliance Machine Company at 36 years of service.  After retirement, he worked at Cunningham's Furniture. He graduated from Minerva High School in 1950.  Dale loved to golf, bowl and collect arrowheads.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judith (Benner) Stump whom he married Dec. 11, 1967, 2 sons, Greg (Lori) Rhome of Minerva, Gary Stump of Alliance, 6 grandchildren, Shannan, Lauren, Caitlin, Ashley, Hailey, Gary II, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Harold and Earl Stump.

Cremation will take place and there are no formal services.  The family would like to thank Aultman Alliance Hospice nurses and caregivers and Dr. Debra Lehrer for all of their wonderful service.
