Clark H. Criss
Age 77, of Minerva, died Thursday, May 8, 2014 in his home. He was born June 26, 1936 in Kensington to Lloyd and Halcia (Locke) Criss. He retired from PCC Airfoils in Minerva where he worked as a quality engineer for 41 years. He attended the Minerva United Methodist Church. He was a US Army Veteran serving in Germany, and was a former driver for Minerva Community Meals. He enjoyed golfing and playing cards with his friends and will be remembered for his kindness and his sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife, Louise (Aldridge) Criss whom he married Nov. 3, 1963, brother, Tom (Shirley) Criss of Sebring, sister-in-law, Phyllis Criss of Bethel Park, PA, brothers and sisters-in-law, Scott and Marilyn Gordon of Zoar and Norman and Lois Higgins of Carrollton and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Hugh and Ron Criss.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Harley Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or the Alliance Visiting Nurse and Hospice Assoc.
