Christopher Bernardi
Age 29 of Malvern, passed away on Tuesday Dec. 20, 2011. He was born April 29, 1982 in Canton and was a 2000 graduate of Malvern High School. Chris had a big heart and was a very caring person. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Bernardi Sr., uncles, Dennis, Robert and David Bernardi; aunt Linda Myers; and cousins, Bruce Myers and Brian Bernardi. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Bernardi; daughter, Shayla Bernardi; siblings, Candi Bernardi, Tanya Bernardi, Lisa Wallace and Greg Bernardi; uncles, Virgil, Waldo and George Swogger and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday at 12 noon in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Larry Karlen officiating. Burial will be in Simmons Ridge Cemetery at 2:00 pm friday. Calling hours will be from 10 am till 12 prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund to help with expenses at C.S.E. Federal Credit Union at 1380 Market Ave. N., Canton, OH 44714, c/o "Memorial Fund".
