Carrie A. Ruff

Age 93, of Minerva, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2022 in the Arbor's of Minerva. She was born in Aug. 30, 1928 in Elkins, WV to Watson and Effie Maude (Rennix) Stark, Sr. She graduated from Elkins High School and was a housewife.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Ruff who died in 1985; son, Michael Ruff; and brothers, Watson and Joseph Stark. She is survived by granddaughter, Michal Dawn Ruff; grandson, Adam Ruff; a nephew, Joe (Terri) Miller; great nephew, Josh; friends, Richard and Phyllis Lautzenheiser and their daughter Ashley, Jerry and Debbie Stover and their daughter Carrie (that was named after her), and Dave and Ellen Conrad.
